Although Orthopedic Rehab is an in-network provider of the above insurances, it is very important that patients are well educated on their health plan.  Every plan is different.  Each health plan has its own unique policy, requirements and financial obligations.  It is the responsibility of the patient to reach out to their health insurance prior to starting physical therapy to inquire about their physical therapy benefit.
